By most accounts Zoa Peak is a fairly straightforward winter objective with moderate stats (11km round trip and 700m elevation gain/loss). The route is well established, popular, and avoids avalanche terrain. Let's his both of Zoa's peaks, and time/energy permitting, we can also check out Falls Lake on the way out.
Required gear: snowshoes, microspikes, rain shells, and the ten essentials
Recommended gear: poles w/snow baskets, snow gaiters
I can drive, but if we have a full group, we'll need another driver.
