What is your Backcountry ski experience? Do you have AST1, 5+ days in the field, and have all the backcountry equipment (beacon, shovel, probe, skis, skins etc)

This event is open to anyone participating in the 2025/2026 Mentorship Program, either as a Mentor or Mentee. Details in the Whatsapp or email.
If you’re keen to attend, please sign up. This sign-up is being used to confirm numbers, so only register if you are a definite “yes” and have no other plans that day. As this event involves a paid guide, accurate attendance numbers are important.
The event will be held in Squamish. The morning will start as an outdoor session in a park, practicing Avalanche safety drills. The afternoon will be indoors as a classroom setting learning about trip planning, route finding, group dynamics, weather etc. The event will run from 9am - 3:30pm. An optional group apres to follow at the end of the day.
