Trail - approx. 10k Loop with 550 m vert. (if we don't have enough time, we can skip the loop around Sasamat Lake shown in my Gaia trail below).

About 10k loop from White Pine Beach at Sasamat Lake, up the Buntzen Ridge-Sugar Mountain Trail and then down the Saddle Ridge trail to Buntzen Lake, back up on Diez Vista trail and finally down to Sasamat Lake.
Easy to moderate pace - hike the uphill, run the flat/downhill sections.
