Participant Information

Joint BC Trails Day and BCMC Watersprite Lake Trail Work Trip

Join us for a fun day of trail work on the lower half of the Watersprite Lake Trail.  

Note that the BCMC has a good supply of Trail Building Equipment.

On this day trip we will be performing the following tasks:

1) Brush clearing of the lower Watersprite Lake Trail starting at the parking area.
2) Inspection and maintenance of all lower trail structures (Sections A - C boardwalk, stairs and bridges on the map).
3) Carrying in tools, and a modest amount of building supplies needed to perform maintenance and structure upgrades.
4) Constructing new boardwalk and stairs as needed

Required safety gear:

- Hiking Gear
- Safety Glasses
- Work Gloves
- Ear plugs if working near chainsaws/brush cutters

We will meet at 7:00 am at St. David's Church
