Login and click on the "Events - Trips - Courses" main menu; from there you can click on the "Add Trip" button and follow the instructions.

It is a requirement of the Liability Policy that all Members must sign the approved waiver (BCMC Waiver). The new Website has been designed to ensure that we meet our obligation to the Insurer. We regret but all Members are required to agree to the BCMC Waiver for their own protection and that of other Members and the Club itself. We would be pleased to hear from you if you have some concerns or suggestions on how to improve this policy.

Guest Memberships are limited to a one-time 30-day trial period. After your Guest Membership period has expired, you will no longer be able to access Member privileges on-line. We hope you will have enjoyed your Guest Membership time and decide to join the BCMC.

General Visitors to the Website have access to limited functionality and information. By logging-in to your account as a Member or valid Guest, you are provided with a richer set of functionality and information restricted to Members.

Login and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. In the "Account Control" section, click on "Edit Profile Information". Select the "Password" tab and enter your new password twice.

Click on "Login" in the top right corner and click on the "Forgot login info?" link. After you provide your email address the login information will be sent to your email address. Note that in doing so you are automatically assigned a new random password. Once you use this information to gain access to your account, you should change your password to a friendlier one.

You must Login and go to the detailed page for the trip of interest and either email the organizer or get his phone number listed on that page; alternatively you can search for the Trip Organizer contact information by using the Search Members capability in the "Resources" menu.

You must Login as a Member or as a Guest and access the detailed page for the trip of interest. You can now click on the "Join this Trip" button on the Left Hand Side.

Login and access the detailed page for the trip you are leading. You can manage participants on that page by clicking the appropriate buttons in the Trip Participant List; you can also email multiple participants by clicking the Action button "Email Participants" and follow instructions.
