Participant Information

Climb Unnecessary via the steep trail from Lions Bay.
Slower but steady social pace.  Some definite type 2 fun :)
~1200m elevation gain over about 7km one-way.  Last time I went up there at this time of year, there were some fairly slippery sections to navigate. 
Bring rain gear, poles and microspikes.  Ice axe might be handy in the odd section near the top.
